If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following Returns & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Products that have been installed, physically damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse may not qualify for a return.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help evaluate the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost whenever applicable.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature. These may include clearance or final sale items, gift cards, downloadable software, digital products, customized or personalized items, and products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that is defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable service fees are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to our mistake.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or that show evidence of misuse, unauthorized modifications, excessive wear, or damage caused after delivery.
